Our client is an independently owned energetic global event design and technical production company.


The next phase of their impressive growth is to build their presence in the corporate event sector. They are already very well-known and have an impressive portfolio of clients with marketing agencies and organisations directly to deliver exciting parties, and large creative events. They are now looking to broaden their offering and deliver corporate events such as award ceremonies, product launches, conferences, meetings etc. They are looking to target events valued from £20k to £200k+.


Joining a small sales team, this role is to specifically target Marketing Agencies and Events Organisers and sell the technical production and set and staging services of the Company. Our client is one of the few technical event production companies in London who boast the ownership of a wealth of technical equipment and an inhouse state of the art set and scenery division. This means they can offer clients a one stop shop: event design, print, set build, installation, operation, project management and delivery of the event. This controls costs and quality of production and service delivery.


In order to deliver this next stage of the company’s development they require an experienced business development professional from the event technical production sector. Someone who works for a company used to selling and delivering high quality and appropriately costed events.


As our client do everything in house, costs and quality and profit margins are controlled. This means the business development person will be earning commission on a higher margin than they may used to. Each event will have a team dedicated to that event creation and delivery. Our client owns a large and varied portfolio of state-of-the-art audio visual event and staging equipment. This means the business development team can be confident of excellent service delivery (and many testimonials to back this up). They won’t have clients worried they have been oversold and underdelivered (how refreshing!).
