Are you an experienced account manager working in the technical event production sector? An international technical event production company are looking to take on an experienced account manager in their London HQ to liaise with clients from conception through to delivery of the project.
The ultimate goal of the role of “account manager” is to be the one stop port of call for all client enquiries. For this to be possible you will work closely with the rest of the team, project managers, design team, logistics etc to make sure you have a full understanding of the project. You will also be focused on on-boarding new clients, qualifying leads and then taking the client throughout the entire process with a hope to deliver future business. This is a role which requires a proactive, positive and outgoing personality as you will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be working for an international event company who are growing fast and looking to dominate the industry globally, therefore traveling will probably play a large part in this role. You will have to be able to travel to site and visit clients. A good knowledge of the technical side of events is highly advantageous as it will allow you to quote and budget appropriately but will also benefit when explaining what is possible to clients, to help achieve there dream event.
