Working closely with the account managers to ensure that installations of the technology, which is a unique reporting software system designed by our client, are carried out within the specified timeframe and guidelines.
When carrying out installations to provide feedback to the technical delivery team regarding specific installations and client issues onsite. Also, operating the bespoke reporting software and being able to provide support to clients. This operational support may be undertaken in London or onsite at global client locations.
This will suit an IT literate client focused individual who lives near London and who can travel Globally when required. This is a great opportunity as there are real prospects to progress to a more senior role as you develop within the organisation.
