As team leader you will be supervising a small team in medical device production/assembly so your leadership skills will be put to good use but it also imperative that you are a team player. Your main task will be to oversee the day to day operation of the clean rooms and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in Continuous Improvement of processes. the company are keen to find someone experienced in Six Sigma and 5S who can bring a set of ‘fresh eyes’ to their current processes.
You will need experience as a team leader in a similar production environment with knowledge and experience of manufacturing methods and techniques and formal (six sigma, 5S) continuous improvement processes and projects.
