Technical Service Team Manager
We are working exclusively with our client to recruit their new technical service team manager. The company provide a unique cloud-based technology that utilises the latest AV/VC and IT technologies to enable their globally based clients to securely connect both people and information. The role of the technical service team manager is to oversee and manage the functions of the technical team; ensuring the planning, preparation of equipment and resources meets clients’ service installation, support and training needs.
The role is based in Central London but involves managing the technical team who undertake equipment installation, commissioning, support and training at sites Globally. As well as having close client contact to ensure the highest standards of delivery.
Suitable candidates for this role will have Audio Visual V/C, Networking and cloud-based technologies knowledge and expertise. You will need to be an experienced manager of technicians. Show demonstrable experience of team management, resource deployment, and task monitoring and planning. As well as mentoring and training of technical staff. The role is also customer facing so excellent client skills are also required as is the requirement to travel internationally when required.
